If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the Account will be suspended pending resolution or permanently closed. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. The Operator is required to conduct KYC verification as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling frameworks. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of identity (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address and — where applicable — source of funds documentation. You must cooperate fully and promptly with any KYC request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal processing and, where verification cannot be completed, closure of the Account.
Withdrawal processing will not be initiated until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. KYC review timelines depend on document quality, the volume of verification requests and the nature of any further checks required. The Operator targets timely processing but cannot guarantee specific turnaround times.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
The Operator will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including losses resulting from phishing, social engineering, or the use of compromised passwords. Deposits to your Account must be made through payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example: a Wagering Requirement of 30x applied to a PKR 5,000 bonus means the bonus must generate PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Bets placed with real-money Balance do not contribute to Wagering Requirements applicable to Bonus Funds unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bonus, free bet or promotional credit, and to close the associated Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or limit any bonus offer at any time, to exclude any User from a promotion, and to void winnings or withhold withdrawals where these Terms are violated in connection with a promotional offer.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator at its sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at any time, including bets placed at erroneous odds due to a manifest technical error or pricing mistake. Where a bet is voided after acceptance, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until the point of bet placement. For in-play (live betting) markets — including live PSL and ICC cricket markets — odds fluctuate in real time and the price at the point of the confirmed bet placement is the binding odds.
Markets will be settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, or other recognised sporting authorities). In cases of dispute, the Operator's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available information, is final.
In circumstances of match abandonment, postponement, or other events outside the normal course of the contest, the Operator will apply its published rules for the relevant sport or market. These rules are available within the Platform's help and rules sections.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in the User's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malware. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or events outside the Operator's control.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or licensing conditions. In such cases, the Operator may withhold funds pending investigation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are subject to: (a) completion of any pending withdrawal requests in accordance with these Terms; (b) compliance with applicable KYC requirements; and (c) resolution of any outstanding disputes. Real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with the Operator's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC and AML compliance.
Upon Account closure, your access to the Platform and all associated data will be terminated. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited unless the closure was initiated by the Operator without cause. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via the Platform (e.g., by displaying a notice on login or at checkout) and/or by email. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach or termination, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the Operator's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
